For students who use the punch card for the art class, we require all the dates in the 5 or 10 sessions to be fixed before purchasing. One make up is allowed for the 5-session pack and two make ups are allowed for the 10-session pack. Rescheduling made by the studio doesn’t count as one make up.

Open Studio ( Age 2.5-14 Y)

Punch card users still need to call or email enrollment@colordot.us the art space to confirm your spot for the given week open studio. Method of Payment Students/parents may pay by paper check, cashier’s check, cash, money order, or debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). If paying by debit/credit card or online, you may process your payment through Square or Paypal. Payments in the form of cash, check and debit/credit card can be made in person in the office. Paper checks may be mailed to the office: Color Dot Art Space, 887 Ralston Ave, Belmont, CA 94002. Pay to: Color Dot. Please make sure to include the student’s name on the check so it can be applied timely and accurately. Payment Policy On-going art classes (group) monthly tuition & fees need be paid in full before 1st of each month. Punch card (available for private classes students only) holders need to have a valid punch card before each 5 sessions/10 sessions. 3% Late fee but not to exceed $30 will apply for late payment, and the student’s spot is not guaranteed after two weeks. Please note: payments received in excess of the amount billed will either be placed on deposit for upcoming classes/events, or the payment will be returned to the sender.
